Ending Homelessness is a new partnership project helping end homelessness in Ynys Mon funded by the National lottery Community fund.
Digartref Cyf, Bwyd da Mon, CAB, iCan, Isle of Anglesey County Council, Conwy Mind, Mon Communities Forward, The National Probation Service, and Wild Elements are working to deliver a holistic multi-agency support service for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness on Ynys Mon. Focusing on expanding provision in rural areas and an intense prison release service for those who experience repeat homelessness and imprisonment. The project will target homelessness to be brief and non-recurrent while aiming to reduce discrimination and prejudice in organisations and the public.
