Mental Health MOTs

A proactive approach to mental health and well-being

What are Mental Health MOTs?

Mental Health MOTs are a free, confidential, and supportive service designed to empower individuals to proactively take care of their mental health. We focus on early intervention, helping people identify challenges before they grow and connecting them to the right resources

How the Mental Health MOTs Work:

1. Personalized Wellness Checks:

A friendly and trained team member meets with individuals for a comprehensive conversation about their mental health and well-being.

2. Tailored Action Plans:

Based on the discussion, an actionable, personalised plan is created to support mental health goals and highlight strengths.

3. Signposting and Support:

We connect individuals to community services, resources, and ongoing support tailored to their needs.

Why it Matters:

  • Breaking the stigma: Encourages open conversations about mental health.
  • Empowering individuals: Gives people the tools to take charge of their mental well-being.
  • Building community resilience: Strengthens support networks and reduces isolation.
