Throughout the year we will be offering Introduction to Mindfulness taster sessions and 4-week courses, run by a qualified, experienced yoga teacher and trained mindfulness instructor.
Mindfulness-based approaches have been well researched and shown to be effective in improving health and wellbeing and building resilience.
Becoming more mindful is a skill that can be learned and the courses will introduce a variety of mindfulness practices focusing on body, breath, emotions and thoughts.
