We offer a range of walks throughout the year for people at all levels of fitness. Whether it’s a park, coastal trail, or lush forest path, our wellness walks provide a refreshing escape from the demands of daily life.

Route: Llandudno Promenade (Meet at the Cenotaph)
Starting with a Basic Navigation and Map reading skills course.
We will learn basic map reading and navigation skills, and putting these to the test on some of the beautiful trails in Northern Snowdonia.
This course includes understanding ordnance survey maps, using a compass, planning a route and working out where you are.

Llyn Idwal, Cwm Idwal (approx 10km)
14th March 2025 / 9:15am – 3:40pm
Tanygrisiau – Cwmorthin Quarry, Blaenau Ffestiniog (approx 10km)
Walks include minibus transport from Llandudno Junction train station and the use of OS Maps and Compasses
Booking is essential
Participants must be available to attend the training date at Conwy Mind offices in Abergele, on 29th November, and one of the walks as a minimum.
