Mental Health Awareness Week is happening soon and Conwy Mind are asking you to get your boots muddy out in nature to improve your mental health and wellbeing!
Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 10th to 16th May 2021. This year’s theme is Nature. Join Conwy Mind in celebrating mental Health and wellbeing though our “Muddy Boots” activities, which include photo and video sharing on social media, Five Ways to Wellbeing taster sessions and a photo competition. Conwy Mind are challenging us all to get out and get muddy boots, sandy shoes, and wet wellies wherever we can! (Muddy/sandy/wet wheels are also welcome!). By taking notice of the nature around you; by connecting with and helping friends and family and community members; by being active out in our beautiful county; and by learning about nature, we can all lift our moods, feel more positive and improve our wellbeing and mental health.
