2021 Mental Health Awareness week 10th - 16th May

We are challenging ourselves and you to get out and get muddy boots and wet wellies wherever you can. Taking notice of the nature around you, connecting with friends and family, being active and learning about nature are all proven ways of improving your wellbeing and mental health.

 

We want you to take videos and photos of those muddy boots and the beautiful places! Inspire others to use nature for wellbeing!

To mark Mental Health Awareness week’s theme of “Nature” Conwy Mind are running free wellbeing training sessions.

Free taster session

We are offering Nature’s Five Ways to Wellbeing for this week only.

The session is 60 minutes long and will cover all of the five ways but taking particular notice of the way the natural world can be used either by you or those you support.
