If you would like to chat to someone, want to know what support is out there, need info on mental health issues or are interested in connecting with others, you can contact one of our staff or trained volunteers.
They are here to simply listen if that’s what you need, or can provide support with the following:
- Wellbeing and basic mental health issues
- Details on our services e.g. Parabl, online CBT, peer support and telephone counselling
- Info on local organisations
- Links to other mental health organisations
Calls will be arranged in advance at a time convenient for you and will last roughly 30 minutes. If needed keeping in touch calls can be arranged to follow up on support and maintain a social connection if you are struggling to get out or have limited support.
