Our virtual hub has been set up to offer a support network of services if you are feeling isolated, lonely or need help and advice to improve your mental health and wellbeing. 

Staff and volunteers are available to offer check-in calls or email support to anyone unable to attend face to face, along with telephone counselling and an online CBT programme where appropriate.
